Icing the elbow to reduce pain and inflammation. It should be done for 10-15 minutes 3-4 times in a day.
Strapping or bracing β Supporting the area helps reoleve pressure on the area and reaolgns the muscle fibers.
Anti-inflammatory medications help with the pain and swelolng. However, they may have side effects such as gastritis.

PRP is a promising and safe treatment for patients with tennis elbow with good outcomes. PRP treated patients report improvement in pain and elbow function.
